ALMAS-E-SHARGH COMMERCIAL AND TOURISM COMPLEX

Almas-E-Shargh Commercial and Tourism Complex, was built in a land with an approximate area of 19,300 square meters, with built area of 77,000 square meters, in six floors, and by expending a capital of Rls. 320,000,000,000. This complex as the largest commercial complexes of the country meets the needs of citizens and tourists in fields of home appliances, audio and video technology, cell phone, computer, luxury and decoration, toys, handicrafts, cloths, kinds of bag and shoes and the like.
This Complex is one of the largest commercial complexes of the country, has 1142 commercial unit (store) and provides the citizens and tourists with goods such as not limited to home appliances, audio and video technology, cell phone, computer, luxury and decoration, toys, handicrafts, cloths, kinds of bag and shoes. Almas-E-Shargh Commercial and Tourism Complex which enjoys unique design and architecture, has facilities such as five-story car park with capacity of 1400 cars with an area of 27400 square meters, 35 escalators and ramps and 13 lifts, jumping fountain, central heating and cooling system, audio system, CCTVs, IT network, say praying room, meeting salon, and other facilities and installations required for tourists.

Among the facilities of this complex we could name five-dimensional cinema, saltwater fish aquarium, coffee shop, wonderland entertainment park, several traditional and classic restaurants, and presence of universal brands. According to a performed census, it is reported that averagely about 30,000 persons are referring to this complex in everyday, but in special and summer vacation this number reaches to 120,000.

VESAL COMMERCIAL COMPLEX

Vesal Commercial and Truism Complex is located at opposite to Almas-E-Shargh Complex and these two complex are attached to each other via a beautiful bridge. Vesal Complex was built in a land with an area of 11,300 square meters, with built area of 48,200 square meters, in six floors, for occupations such as cloths, mirror and candlesticks, makeup tools, kinds of bags and shoes, and other supplies, by expending a capital of Rls. 300,000,000,000.

Vesal Complex which enjoys unique design and architecture, having 408 commercial units (stores), several banks, some banquet halls, restaurants, musical fountain, multi-storey car park, welfare facilities and services, open spaces for citizens and tourist to spend time in leisure, entertainment and shopping. Vesal car park is constructed in 6 floors and with a built area of 29500 square meters. The facilities of Vesal Complex include 22 ramps and escalators, 7 lifts, heating and tooling systems, audio systems and CCTVs.

 

BAHARESTAN SEPAD RESIDENTIAL TOWER

This large residential complex was built in 14 floors, with an approximate height of 50 meters, in a land with an area of 4,264 square meters, and built area of 22,700 square meters in a period of 28 months, and by expending a capital of Rls. 320,000,000,000.

Heating system of the complex is central engine room and the cooling system is split air conditioner.

The structure of the complex is steel with lateral bracing system, shear wall, joint frame and composite ceiling.

Other characteristics of the complex are central void with an approximate length of 50 meters, broad common parts and corridors, beautiful landscaping, automatic fire fighting system, facade, and easy access to public transportation.

 

MASHHAD RING ROAD

This project was built with a width of 130 meters in two crossing ways, each with a width of 20.15 meters, in an average balance of 3 meters below the land, with an approximate length of 7 kilometers, and by expending a capital of Rls. 320,000,000,000.

In its middle 12-meter green space, constructing a rapid transit. 100-Meter Highway and Grade Separation of Khayyam Square were exploited in Hazrate Ali’s birthday. Green spaces, lateral ways and Abootaleb Grade Separation and Grade Separation of Khine Arab U Turn are other projects that are under construction.

Aftab park

Aftab park sport cultural collection opened in SEPAD Tourism Commercial Zone in 2011.
The complex has provided one of the more attractive tourism and entertainment places for pilgrims and neighbors at one of the most important of Mashhad geographical parts.
The complex receipts all guests at several separate collections for women, men, kids, Water Park and VIP.

This project, as the largest project of Sepad Co., has been started and its operation is being processed on a land with 23,700 sq.m size,  built area with a size of 170,000 sq.m, and includes administrative,  commercial and residential sections.

The 1st executive project of Sepad Company was execution of fruit and vegetables bazaar in a land with 204,000 sq.m size and about 75,000 sq.m built area including 384 commercial stands.

Construction of the huge project of Sepad Central Fruit and Vegetables Bazaar was completed after need assessment made and was exploited as the 1st  project of Sepad Company in 1995. This project has proper places for unloading goods and easy accessible and functional pathways.

KHAYYAM SHOPPING MALL
